Returns & Exchanges Policy
Thank you for choosing XIMEN. To ensure your shopping experience, please read the following return and exchange policy carefully before purchasing.
I. Time Limit for Return and Exchange Application
- You can apply for a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of receipt of the goods (based on the logistics receipt time).
- Returns and exchanges will not be accepted after 7 days.
II. Return and Exchange Conditions
Items meeting the following conditions are eligible for return and exchange:
- The item has not been worn, washed, altered, or damaged.
- The item remains in its original condition, free from odors, stains, or damage.
- Labels, tags, and accessories are complete and do not affect the item's resale value.
- The item information must match the order.
III. Situations where returns and exchanges are not supported
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Sale items/Discounted items (if indicated on the page as non-returnable/exchangeable)
- Items that have been worn, washed, ironed, or altered by the customer
- Items returned or exchanged due to personal subjective reasons (such as color preference or unsuitable style)
- Underwear, intimate apparel, etc., are not eligible for return or exchange for hygiene reasons (if applicable)
- Orders exceeding the return/exchange period
IV. Return and Exchange Shipping Fee Instructions
- For returns and exchanges not due to quality issues, the customer is responsible for the round-trip shipping costs.
- If the return is due to product quality issues or the wrong item was sent, XIMEN will cover the corresponding return shipping costs.
- Original order shipping costs will not be refunded.
V. Return and Exchange Process
- Please contact XIMEN customer service within the specified timeframe, providing your order number and the reason for return/exchange.
- After customer service confirmation, please return the item (returns without prior application will not be accepted).
- Once the item has been inspected and found to be in good condition, a refund or exchange will be processed.
- Refunds will be returned to the original payment method; the arrival time depends on the payment platform.
VI. Special Notes
- Only one return/exchange request is supported per order.
- XIMEN reserves the right to the final interpretation of its return/exchange policy.
