What is the process for returning or exchanging goods?

Step 1: [Submit a Return/Exchange Request]
Please contact Siemens customer service within 7 days of receiving the product, providing your order number, product information, and the reason for the return/exchange.
Return/exchange requests submitted without prior contact with customer service will not be processed.

【Step Two: Customer Service Confirmation】
After confirming that the item meets the return/exchange conditions, customer service will provide you with a return address and detailed instructions.

【Step Three: Returning the Item】
Please return the item according to customer service instructions, ensuring it is unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with all tags and accessories intact, and does not affect resale.
Please pack the goods properly to avoid damage during transportation.

【Step 4: Goods Inspection】
XIMEN will inspect and accept the returned goods to confirm they meet the return/exchange standards.

【Step 5: Refund or Exchange Processing】
After acceptance, we will arrange a refund or exchange for you.
Refunds will be returned to the original payment method according to the refund timeline; exchanged goods will be shipped out as soon as possible after confirmation.

Important Notes
For returns/exchanges not due to quality issues, the customer is responsible for the associated shipping costs.
For returns/exchanges due to product quality issues or incorrect item delivery, XIMEN will cover the corresponding shipping costs.
Each order generally supports only one return/exchange request.
